Rep support, order processing, tracking, claims, and sometime sales. She also can find anything in the office that Mark can’t.

Don Carswell
Don’s our most senior rep (not in age, but in length of time working with Mark – since April 1993) Don and his family reside in Richmond, VA. He has 3 females in his house so he’s got to sell a lot of merchandise on a daily basis to pay the bills. Don covers VA and WV.

Stella Esdale
Stella resides in Birmingham, AL with her family. Mark and Stella have worked together since April of 1997. The sales team always enjoys getting together with Stella to catch up on the latest society trends and also to learn the newest martini recipes. Stella handles two key accounts for rfo, Hibbett Sports and Books A Million.

Steve Stricker
This is not Steve Stricker the golfer. This is Steve Stricker the road warrior! Last year alone I think he put half a million miles on his car. He’s been known to chase a lead to all ends of the earth. He’s been with rfo since 2001 and covers SC, a large portion of GA, and a few accounts in NC.

Joe Zain
Joe and his wife reside in Knoxville, TN and they both love the Vols. Don’t even think about asking Joe to do something for you during TN football season. He will politely decline your invitation, sales meeting, whatever it is. Joe has been with rfo since October 2001 and covers TN , KY and some key accounts in metro Atlanta.

Elawese Freedman
Elawese is our 2nd southern belle who also resides in Birmingham, AL. Elawese has been with rfo since April 2005 and has extensive experience in sales and sales management. If you want to talk toys then get ready for some good ‘ol Southern Speak, ‘cause Elawese can talk to anybody, anywhere about anything.
Elawese covers AL & MS.

Tony Davis
Tony is our youngest member of the rfo sales team. Do not let his young age fool you! Tony has both owned and operated a brick and mortar toy store as well as an internet company. Thankfully his sales ability far exceeds his golf ability. Tony and his family reside in Greenville, NC and he covers NC.

Linda Tippens
Linda is the newest member of the RFO sales team having just joined us in October 2007. She will cover gift accounts throughout the state of Georgia. Linda and her husband reside in Tyrone, GA, located about 25 miles south of Atlanta. Linda has many years experience working with gift rep agencies and she will help RFO expand its already diverse customer base.
